Summer Classy Chess Club
- Want to learn how to play chess? Join us in the Bryan Public Library Meeting Room
Tuesdays, June 3 - August 5, at 3:00 - 5:00 PM this summer for chess classes and games. Children
of all ages and levels are welcome to come join the fun. Parents will need to supervise younger players, and can
assist as opponents as well.

Computer Classes
- The Bryan Public Library offers free computer
classes on Computer Basics, an Introduction to the Internet, as well as intermediate
courses on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

- The computer lab is also available for groups that need a classroom environment. The
meeting room guidelines apply. To reserve the computer lab, please
call the Bryan Public Library at 209-5600.

Class Visits
- Come visit the Library with your school! Our primary goal for class visits is to develop and
nurture childrens' lifelong love of reading, literature, and the library. You must make a
reservation for a class visit. Schools and day cares can schedule class visits. Contact a youth
services librarian for more information.
