Loan Periods

  The Carnegie Collection is available for in-house research only.

  Many books not available in the Bryan+College Station Library System may be obtained through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).

Late Fees

• Books, periodicals, audiocassettes, and CDs: $.25 per day with a maximum being the replacement cost of the materials (books, periodicals, audiocassettes, and books on CD.

  Videocassettes and DVDs: $1.00 per day with a maximum being the replacement cost of the materials.

  Fines are not collected for Children's materials.

Lost Materials

• Charges for lost or irreparably damaged items include the replacement cost of the item plus a $5.00 non-refundable service charge.

Renewals

• Library materials may be renewed once, provided they are not on hold. Renewals may be made by phone, on the online catalog, or in person. To renew by phone, you may call either library's main number or use TeleCirc. TeleCirc is the library's automated circulation service. Holds/Reserves

• Patrons may place holds/reserves on library books and other materials that are listed on our automated catalog. This includes books owned by Bryan and College Station Libraries. Many books not available in the Bryan + College Station Library System may be obtained through Interlibrary loan.
