Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 – Oct. 15) celebrates the contributions of those with ties to Mexico, Spain, Central and South America and the Spanish-speaking nations of the Caribbean.
The Bryan + College Station Public Library System is proud to promote Hispanic heritage and history through a large collection of books and other media. We have hundreds of resources for all ages.
We will be showcasing our collection through various displays at both Mounce and Ringer Libraries along with bilingual story-times.
Mounce Library will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in partnership with the Brazos Valley Literacy Coalition. There will be an English/Spanish bilingual storytime on Saturday, September 28th at 10:30 am. ¡Música, cuentos, snacks especiales y mucho más!
Ringer Library will have Cuentos y Cantos/Stories and Songs on September 23rd at 9:30am, 10:00 am, and 10:30am and on Tuesday, September 24th at 10am and 10:30 am. ¡Celebremos!
