LP Hernandez Author Visit Oct. 26

The Bryan + College Station Public Library System and Brazos Writers welcome LP Hernandez for a hybrid presentation on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 2pm at the Larry J. Ringer Library. He will present “Inspired Writing: Telling the Story Only YOU Can Tell.”

L.P. Hernandez is an author of horror and speculative fiction. His stories have been featured in anthologies from Cemetery Gates Media, Dark Matter Ink, and the Howl Society among others. He is a regular contributor to The NoSleep Podcast and has released three short story collections, including the recently published No Gods, Only Chaos, featured on the Talking Scared podcast. His novellas include Stargazers and In the Valley of the Headless Men. L.P. also hosts Dog-eared Nightmares, a podcast about well-loved horror. In 2024, L.P. partnered with fellow military veteran, L.C. Marino, to launch Sobelo Books, an indie horror press founded on transparent business practices and integrity. When not writing, L.P. serves as a medical administrator in the U.S. Air Force. He is a husband, father, and a dedicated metalhead.

LP Hernandez’ books will be available for purchase onsite through Hyperbole Bookstore with 10% of the proceeds benefiting the Friends of the Bryan + College Station Library System.  LP Hernandez will be doing a book signing after the presentation.
